The information, content, and services provided by Faspry, including its AI wellness companion "Sparky," are for general informational, educational, and wellness tracking purposes only. They are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

YOU MUST CONSULT A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL before:

  • Starting any fasting regimen or dietary program

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Faspry, Inc. ("Faspry," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Faspry Services.

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Subscription Plans

Faspry offers various subscription plans for premium features. Pricing and features are displayed in the App.

3.2 Billing and Payment

All subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

4. Use of Services and Acceptable Use Policy

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the Services for any illegal purpose or in any way that could harm Faspry or others.

5. AI-Powered Features and Limitations

5.1 AI Wellness Companion (Sparky)

"Sparky" is powered by AI technology. Responses are not medical advice and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete.

5.2 ChefLens Feature

The ChefLens feature is for informational purposes only and may not accurately identify all food items.

5.3 Metabolic Mission Feature

The "Metabolic Mission" game is designed for motivational and craving-control purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional psychological therapy or eating disorder treatment.

8. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. FASPRY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FASPRY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Faspry from any claims or losses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

11. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tennessee, following informal resolution attempts.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
