  • Processed in real-time and not permanently stored on our servers
  • Anonymized before being sent to third-party AI providers
  • Automatically deleted after processing is complete
  • Never used for any purpose other than providing you with meal suggestions

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services:

  • App usage patterns and feature interactions
  • Metabolic Mission game progress and interaction data
  • Time and date of access
  • Crash reports and performance data
  • Analytics data through third-party services

2.5 Payment Information

All subscription payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We receive transaction verification data via RevenueCat but never have access to your full payment card details. Payment information is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards by the respective app stores.

4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

4.1 AI Processing (Google Gemini)

We use Google's Gemini API to power Sparky, your AI wellness companion. When you interact with Sparky or use AI features, anonymized data is sent to Google's servers for processing. This data is used solely to generate your personalized responses and is subject to Google's privacy policies.

4.2 Payment Processing (RevenueCat)

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and verify purchases. RevenueCat receives transaction data from app stores but does not have access to your payment card information.

4.4 Analytics Services

We may use third-party analytics tools to help us understand how users interact with our Services. These services may collect information about your device and app usage patterns.

5. We Do Not Sell Your Data

Faspry does not and will never sell, rent, or trade your personal or health data to third parties. Your privacy is our top priority. We only share data with trusted service providers who are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it solely to provide services on our behalf.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information:

  • End-to-end encryption for sensitive health data

Cloud Sync: To ensure your progress and health data are available to you even if you switch devices or re-install the App, we store your data securely using industry-standard cloud providers (such as Supabase and Google Cloud).

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.
